Roger Hinojosa, Esq.
Roger Hinojosa, joined the team shortly before the 2016 NFL Draft. Roger graduated from California Western School of Law, passed the California Bar Exam and is a licensed Attorney. Prior to law school, Roger played Division 1 Football as a Cornerback at San Jose State University for Coach Dick Tomey.
Roger’s experience and passion for football lead him to law school and his involvement with athlete representation. Roger was the 2016 National Sports Law Negotiation Competition champion and currently certified as an Agent to the Canadian Football League Players Association.The Off-Tackle Sports Management (OTSM) team is is a full-service sports agency with experience representing the careers of athletes. Ryan Larson, Esq.
Ryan Larson is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of California. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Eastern Washington University. In 2011 Ryan and his wife Katie moved to San Diego so he could pursue a law degree. In 2014 Ryan was awarded a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and an M.B.A. from San Diego State University. He also earned a Certificate in Sports Law and Policy from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
Ryan began as an intern with Off-Tackle Sports Management before the 2012 NFL Draft and grew into his current contract position with the agency. His primary responsibilities include draft research and analysis, player evaluations and outreach for athletes located in the Pacific Northwest and Big Sky Conference. Ryan loves working to help OTSM clients achieve their dreams. Outside of his professional endeavors, Ryan enjoys watching sports and traveling with his wife Katie.
Howard Williams, Esq.
Howard Williams is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. He earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University where he studied English. After SDSU he continued his education by attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA and eventually earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Sierra University in 2003.
Howard grew up as an athlete and approaches his clients with an athlete’s point of view. Whether it is helping a client through a challenging injury issue or advising on the client’s off field business ventures he keeps his “team” first and foremost at the front of his priorities.
Howard’s primary role is as a contract agent and attorney with OTSM. Howard’s focus is in client development and relations. His NFL contacts built over years in the business are a tremendous asset to the agency and our clients.
